Amazing service. Thank you Leslie for getting back to us as soon as possible, regarding my appointment "cancellation" when I discovered it said "Canceled" in my Home Warranty portal. Leslie called me back as soon as possible to ensure I was taken care of before they closed and confirm that the cancellation was not true.
Come Thursday of my appointment, the technician came in, checked the motor, and realized it was not turning. Quickly replaced the part, tested everything, and is working again.

Aranda Air was great, when my heating/air did nothing more than circulate the air from outside in they knew exactly how to diagnose the issue. I initially had the hardest time finding someone with the experience and professionalism to help. I reside in a condominium with its own complexities and again it's their experience to what sets them apart having been familiar with the building and already having access to critical points necessary to make the repairs seemless. I've been looking for a new Trane heat pump, and Louis was happy to help survey my home to understand what would make sense to replace my 17+ year old old AC / Furnace unit.
I appreciated that the price he quoted is the "all-inclusive" price, meaning no hidden fees (whereas several contractors would quote a price that doesn't include permits, inspections, required thermostat communicators, etc), and doesn't include any government discounts so I would know up front what I really needed to pay.
He was also willing to answer via e-mail and even give callbacks on the myriad of questions I had about the pricing, equipment required, etc.
He's also a certified Trane dealer, so I know he's been properly trained on how to install and maintain Trane equipment.

Our A/C broke last summer (in the middle of an epic heat wave!) and we opened a ticket with our home warranty company. The first company they offered was a 1 star on Yelp; the second company was Aranda Air and I was attracted to their high Yelp ratings.
Louis came out for the initial inspection and I really appreciated his transparency on what needed to be fixed/replaced as well as his conciliatory approach. Ultimately we needed to replace our entire HVAC (our furnace was 30 years old and incompatible with newer AC hookups). We did hit some delays due to COVID and supply chain but ultimately when the furnace and AC were in stock, the Aranda staff were extremely professional and installed without issue. Overall I was impressed with Aranda Air, and love supporting small businesses that differentiate with customer service.

Wonderful team! Louis is beyond helpful explaining everything to me as I am a sole female home owner dealing with home repairs on original equipment from a 40 + year old home. Louis is right in there with his team making sure the job is done efficiently.
Pricing was more than fair and I feel like royalty finally having air conditioning for the first time in the 21 years I've lived in this home. I've already recommended this company to two of my neighbors as well as two of my friends that are looking for a company that's not going to take them to the cleaners as most trades have gone up significantly due to the pandemic.

You have to believe me when I tell you Aranda Air is the best Ac repair company in the Bay. My AC broke down in the middle of a heat wave. My home warranty sent 3 companies and nobody could figure out the problem. The fourth company they assigned was Aranda Air and I had kept my expectations very low. But this time Louis the owner saved my family from frying. He came over and diagnosed the issue. He had all the parts required to get my AC working the same day. He even waited with me until the house completely cooled down. He cared. He was professional and he knew what he was doing. I'm keeping his business card and next time I have any issue with my AC or Furnace I will be asking my warranty company to send Aranda Air. Don't waste your time with any other company.... I promise you won't regret listening to me!!!!

Louis and Jaime installed brand new Trane HVAC system to replace our 17 year old HVAC. They did fantastic job in providing me all possible options. Louis is very knowledgeable in Trane systems. The office support provided by Leslie was good. She was on top of scheduling and billing matters. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get Trane HVAC.

As many Bay Area folks know, it was pretty scorching hot this pass Memorial Day weekend. That said, this is where we get to put our AC units/systems to test! Unfortunately, something was preventing my system from efficiently cooling my house down. Although it wasn't warm inside my house, it wasn't cool/cold as it usually is when my AC is running. Before the night ended, I knew that I'd have to get someone to come out to troubleshoot.
Since Louis and his crew at Aranda Air installed my entire system, they have been my go-to heating & air specialists since 2012! On my first attempt in calling Louis, we were able to connect and discuss the situation. He explained that he is booked a couple of weeks out, but would try his very best to move things around and squeeze me in. Although that sounded very promising, I called 3 other businesses with stellar ratings, to see if ANYONE could confirm an appointment with me this week (*Desperation Mode*). Since this is peak season for these folks, I received ZERO calls back from the detailed voice mail messages that I left. That alone tells you how busy they are.
Louis requested that I reach out to him later in the day for a status update on my appointment. I figured I'd press my luck and call him right after lunch. It was indeed my lucky day! He was able to adjust his first appointment of the following day, and confirmed that he'd be at my residence around 9:00AM. That is the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service! He showed up on time, and was able to isolate the problem. My system was charged with refrigerant, and now I'm off to the races!!!

We purchased a condo in Almaden in October 2020, and the seller said the A/C took a long time to cool down the house, so we made sure to include A/C in our Home Buyer's Warranty. May 2021 was the first hot day, so we tried out the A/C (the heater always worked fine), and it struggled to cool down. We submitted a request to the Warranty company, and they sent a repairman out. The repairman said it was an electrical problem, so the Warranty company sent an electrician. The electrician said it was the A/C, so the Warranty company sent another A/C repairman. That guy said the entire system had to be replaced, but his company didn't do that. What??? By the time they sent Louis from Aranda, it had been weeks. Louis confirmed we needed a full swap out, but he and Leslie warned us it would take weeks for the Warranty company to process and order the equipment. Leslie also advised us that the Warranty wouldn't cover the full expense, and we would likely need to pay $1,200 to $5,200. It took weeks and weeks of me calling the Warranty company to try to get it moved forward, and poor Leslie at Aranda working the backend. I had to approve the $5,200 three times with the Warranty company, and Aranda was stuck waiting for the equipment to arrive. I understand manufacturing delays because of COVID, but there was no communication from the Warranty company--only Leslie at Aranda working on my behalf. Finally the equipment was shipping, but the Warranty company had ordered the wrong A/C unit. Leslie got them to let her order the equipment herself, she scheduled the installation and FINALLY now that summer is over we have A/C LOL! The installation crew was prompt, courteous, and did a great job! Thank you Leslie for your persistence over all these weeks to take care of us--you deserve 10 stars!

Our heater went out the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and unfortunately no one could get out here to fix it..
We called Aranda Air and Louis came out Friday evening, ordered the parts, which, of course took 5 days to get, but came right out to install them..

This company installed a complete HVAC system in June 2021. They replaced my old furnace and all the air ducts in the attic. They replaced the furnace from a closet to the attic. Then added a new AC unit to the system. I've never had AC. They workers were friendly, wore masks and shoe booties. They cleaned each evening when they were finished. They completed the job in 6 days. I believe they did a terrific job. I have very top of the line Trane equipment and their price beat out 4 other vendors. I highly recommend Aranda Air.

We had the worst experience with American Homeshield Warranty but Aranda air saved our day. After months fighting with warranty as soon as Aranda air picked the task up, and completed the job properly. Special thanks to Jaime and Paul from Aranda air who installed the new unit and were super friendly. There were hiccups during the phase but we finally have a working HVAC 🙂

Louis, Jaimie and their team did a great job installing an AC unit to work with our current furnace.
The only challenge was to finalize the initial quote as we had many moving pieces and things to decide on, it was a relatively slow response process, but once we sealed the deal they came when they promised and finished the work, including taking care of all the permits.
Word took a little longer then expected but it's completely understandable as things happen when you need to plug things to existing infrastructure. The main thing is that they came back Monday morning and made sure they finished the work.
Staff was friendly, professional and really mindful of keeping our hose neat and clean, they even cleaned after themselves.
We're very happy with our new AC.
I'll update this review in a year or so... just to verify that we're still happy.

Shortly after moving in we discovered our a/c was creating enough condensation to generate a river above my home office ceiling. The home warranty company connected us with Aranda Air who was efficient in scheduling to come out and diagnosing the issue (ultimately the 25 year old unit needed replaced and items brought to code due to a long lost original internal filter that looked like a cement brick upon removal). They worked through the needed steps with the home warranty to make the case for the replacement and code repairs and navigated the furnace replacement at a good value knowing we were on the hook for it . While supply chain held up delivery of the unit, upon arrival they scheduled us quickly. The crew showed up promptly, drop cloths were placed everywhere, and even in our super tiny attic space had the old equipment out and new items install within a day catching other issues such as only half of our ducts had been connected and other elements. Externally they quickly yanked the unit and had to redo the slab and lines because they were in poor condition. I do commend the team for their knowledge as they took time to explain fully what they found and what we could expect. Also their clean up was on point! Before the drop cloths were picked up it looked like they had wrestled a muppet and the muppet lost, but at the end of day 1 our floors were spotless because of the care they showed. They returned to complete the job in half a day the next day arriving on time and working with us to ensure we could navigate our pets outside before the initial turn on of the furnace and providing great details of things to watch for as the system works through the first few days. Even with the exciting discoveries they made during the replacement process the cost remained exactly as quoted. Great people and highly recommend them!

Louis came to service my heater at a time when I could not get anyone out to look at it. (It was a home warranty claim and everyone kept saying it was out of their service area.) I knew this business is far away from my home, but they were kind enough to come out and look at it anyway.
This was SUCH a difficult problem to diagnose, because it was intermittent. So any time someone came to look at it, of course, it would start working again.
But Louis was SUPER patient. I'm sure he spent far more hours than he should have. He waited until he was able to reproduce the problem and come up with some possible solutions.
He came back out here a few times (he had to buy parts in between--stuff like that). On the third try, he did what no one else had been able to do (because I had actually had a heating contractor out before this and they couldn't identify a problem). He diagnosed it! He discovered a wire that should have been connected in a thermostat that he did not install. He instinctively traced the problem back, opened it up, and fixed it. And the first heating contractor had already looked at that wiring, so it apparently took someone more competent to figure it out. That person was Louis.
Louis is polite, kind, patient, and prompt, all things that are hard to come by these days. He takes a lot of pride in his work. He even called me after hours a few times to communicate the information from the home warranty company.
The bottom line is that he's the best. Please do not hesitate to call him with your heating or related problems! Tell him Brianna sent you. LOL
